TEJ PRAKASH JAIN

Managing Director

Mr. Jain started his career in 1986 and has spent his entire career in plantation / manufacturing sectors in the financial domain. He carries more than 29 years of experience in managing the business, finance and had always enjoyed a leadership role in his assignments.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Jain was Chief Executive Officer of the company named Monotype India Ltd. He was also concurrently acting as Vice President (Finance) and Company Secretary of another group company Jalpac India Ltd., Delhi Mr. Jain established his own company Monotech Systems Limited in 1999 which is today more than 150 Crores in terms of sales turnover and has more than 400 highly skilled manpower. Monotech has a well-diversified product portfolio and enjoys market leadership in some of the market segments where it operates. Monotech has introduced a lot of new technologies / products benefiting the Graphic Arts Industry. Mr. Jain has participated in various conferences and seminars of the Industry.

Vice President

Mr. Babu Krishnamoorthy serves as the Vice President of 3D Monotech, the Additive Manufacturing division of Monotech Systems Limited, where he leads the strategic vision and growth of the company’s advanced manufacturing portfolio in India.

With over three decades of experience across the IT and office automation industry, he brings a distinguished track record of driving large-scale business growth, building high-impact partnerships, and expanding market presence across corporate, government, and dealer ecosystems nationwide. Backed by a strong engineering foundation and business acumen, he blends technical depth with strategic foresight.

During his 12-year tenure at HCL, he played a pivotal role in accelerating business growth and strengthening market presence.

At 3D Monotech, he focuses on shaping the future of manufacturing by advancing additive technologies through strategic collaborations, industry–academia partnerships, and innovation-led initiatives. His leadership enables organizations to embrace digital transformation, unlock new design possibilities, and redefine manufacturing excellence in the era of Industry 5.0.
